A SMALL GUEST TOILET WITH A LOOK OF ITS OWN
Calm tones, generous daylight and a colour chosen especially for the space.
The guest toilet has a character quite different from the main bathroom. The space is smaller, the light is different and the palette is more muted, yet the wish for a calm and harmonious room is the same.
Facing south, the guest toilet is filled with natural daylight, which gave Louise and her family the chance to take a different approach and let colour define the interior.
COLOUR AS THE FOCAL POINT
With a guest toilet of modest size, Louise wanted to create as much visual calm as possible. The answer was to let the bathroom furniture and the wall share the same muted tone.
The bespoke colour option made it possible to choose a shade made for the space, giving the family the cohesive look they were after.
The furniture is finished in the bespoke colour NCS S 3005-Y20R, dark sand.

TWO BATHROOMS, TWO DIFFERENT CHOICES
Though part of the same home, the two bathrooms receive very different amounts of natural light, and that difference shaped two distinct solutions.
In the north-facing family bathroom, the golden oak fronts bring warmth to the room. The guest bathroom, by contrast, is flooded with daylight from the south, which made room for a more uniform and muted colour palette.
The result is two bathrooms, each tailored to its own space and united by the calm style that runs through the rest of the home.
